Sears Master Protection Agreement Reviews

I recently had a refrigerator replaced by Sears. My device stopped cooling and I called Sears for a service call. You took me 12 days before an agent could come. I am 90 years old and have had a protection plan since the 1970s. The unit had to be replaced and I had to wait another 14 days before my new fridge was delivered. I live alone and worked for Sears. I have a support claim at Sears that has been approved, but I have not received a cheque for my food loss. Claim numbers are 127375 and 127376. I want my last payment for the plan to be refunded because I don`t want the plan for my new device, but since Sears took me weeks to deal with my claims, they tell me that the new unit was planned this year. I reported the device and it was not repairable. Each service order has a waiting time of about ten days or more before a technician can even go out, so we don`t have a refrigerator for that period, and then an even longer time if a part needs to be ordered. Every time the technician arrives, he repairs the fridge instead of repairing or replacing it.

This patch/patch lasts a few weeks before the problem comes back…
